Hi there.

It is like having a thought experience! Your system indicates that this casino is relatively new, so time has not yet given it any credibility. I think coming here in this manner was a wise decision, based on what you described.

Not only does two months seem like an inordinately long time to deal with an error, but I also doubt that I understand why the withdrawal was unsuccessful. Could you please explain this to me? If my understanding is correct, the wagering requirement does not appear to have been fulfilled on time.

I think it would be best to share the explanation you got from the casino. Simply put, I do not understand why, even in the event that the bonus is void, you still have to wager your deposit.

I assume there is no way to monitor your wagering progress based on the other point you raised. Is that correct? Not the greatest user experience, that is. A simple wagering bar located somewhere in the account would prevent that. Or do you worry about how much you wager when you play games? I would request the casino to submit the gaming history in this situation. In certain casinos, players' gaming histories are even available for viewing on their accounts.

I'd like to help you, so please provide the casios statement or screenshot showing your message exchange with the chat operator. Anything that clarifies the rationale for the bonus's voiding and the increased wagering requirement would be helpful.

Yeah they said that i didnt got the wager bonus completed...by the way that casino is free wager...also yeah dont have anywhere a bar to check by myself the progress! so they can say to everyone what they want without me to be able prove that. cause they said i violate the bonus wager cause i needed to gamble 00,05€ more...this is absolutely rediculus...and i am sorry for my frustration! no that discussions was like 2 months ago...also a streamer friend that promoting these casinos talked to them and they said to him like 1 month now that their team is working to find out ...but still i am like 3 months waiting for just 100€ withdraw... its really unbeliavable!

But you can file a complaint even now if you wish. I would strongly suggest it. Maybe our complaint team will be able to get in contact with the casino and find out if there is anything we can do to fix this situation.

Just follow this link to do so, and whenever choosing the casino name, just leave it as other casino, or casino not in the list. Then write the name of it into the text where you describe the whole experience, and our team will know what to do then.😉
