They are not processing my withdrawal.

You have done the right thing by covering the security number and other numbers on your card. That is how you should always do it. They can ask you for the picture of your card, but always be secure about how to send it.

I saw that you have successfully submitted the complaint and soon our team will start to work on it. We always give casinos 14 full days to proceed with the withdrawal before we intervene.

May I ask, though, if your account is verified now? Did you get any message about it?

I just browsed through your complaint which our team had to reject unfortunately.

Sorry, I couldn't understand it well, that you are actually cooperating with this casino as an affiliate. I though that you were a player.🤷‍♀️

Anyhow, I hope that everything will get solved soon there. Please keep us informed about it, we'll like to hear the outcome.🙏

That must be a tough situation for you then, but do I understand correctly that the issue you are experiencing is just from playing at this casino as an usual player?🤔

If it's so, you should definitely explain it to our complaint team, I believe.
