Thanks for the respond, about three weeks now, they havent even replied that the complainment have been recived for review.


Are these authoritey reliable for handle complainment. If term and conditions have been broken from operator and the betting Company havent done their duty on responsible gaming.

Playing in a standard casino is a very different experience. That's why we still can't claim that the majority of players shifted to online casinos during the corona pandemic. I believe that many players don't like to play online and they simply love "the sound of real winnings" in real casinos 🙂

Yes, it's really obvious that Antillephone supports casinos no matter how unfair the casino is towards the player. You mentioned another gaming authority where the casino is forced to reply within 15 days. What's the authority's name?

This is an interesting case proving that not all Curacao licensing authorities are the same and not all Curacao casinos must be bad. It's actually nice to see a Curacao licensing authority caring for the players.

A casino will always consider bad if you have a complainment against them for player protection, responsible gaming or if they break terms and conditions.


In many cases the casino take advantage of you, and make as a strategi that you will give up your claim.


I would advice nowbody to deposit their savings to those actors.


And read carefully the terms and conditions.

this is very interesting progress. Much appreciated!

Let's hope they manage to reason with the casino, after all, it will be a very positive impulse towards all players. I'm really curious now.
