if you try to provide the proof of deposit, I'm quite sure that the transaction must be visible. The same goes for the proof of adress, the statement must show your full address.

I'm sure that the casino should let you know whether something is missing or not.

The bank statement must hold your full name and address, proof of transaction/deposit must show, the amount, date, and transaction number and in case you used a card, you must also prove that you are the cardholder.

I got it correctly. It's usually that the full name and address are also needed on the "proof of transaction" not only on the banking statements - which usually serves as the proof of address. I know it sounds like a mess, but I have already come across this issue several times. 

Furthermore, I thought that you can generate the payment history in your online banking app for any dates you see fit the same way I can. I'm sorry it s not possible for you.
