Hello.

So, the only issue seems to be the photos you need to provide the casino in order to pass the account verification, am I right?

Please make 100% sure the photos show exactly what needs to be visible and readable. Can you perhaps share the casino's explanation or the reason for the rejection? I'll try to help.

Kindly note some documents must be provided in specific forms or formats, not just a simple print screen or picture. Could this be the issue, I wonder?..

Hey there. I think I know what you mean, yet it is quite complicated, to be honest. 🙂

I browse those few user reviews we've got on this casino so far - no luck there.

The best results brought the complaint section, needless to say, we're talking about players who initially came here to complain. Their complaints, however, were resolved afterward.

I feel you didn't fully understand what I previously wrote. 🙁

If you click the green link, you would see that ALL COMPLAINTS WERE RESOLVED - menaing players were paid.

We are not aware of anyone who did not get paid in the past.

Hey, I'm sorry to hear about your bad casino experience. 

However, seeing that they took your money and you tried to contact them, you didn't get any explanation as to why this happened and why they have taken your money ? I don't think that's the right approach and even if you did violate something, the casino should have informed you about it. 

So let me know if you found out or not ? 

I'll wait for the answer.

Well, sometimes it happens that the casino can't make a withdrawal using the same method you used to deposit, and unfortunately I have a feeling that it's not something that's uncommon nowadays. 

So as much as I hate to say it, you'll probably have to withdraw by some available method. Have you tried asking them if the problems you have now with visa and mastercard will be removed and if you can wait until it is possible to withdraw using them ?
