I have the experience when my account was closed just "per administartion desicion", i think because i won more than 15000, but they closed account (it was in another casino) after cashout of my money

Since you managed to submit the complaint on your own, I'd say we have some time to dig further into your issue, even here on the forum.

May I ask you what the last thing you spoke about with anyone from the casino was? Don't hesitate to share a screenshot of the conversation or email. Which games did you play? Did anything unusual happen?

Maybe there was some clue to this mystery. I have to admit that it sounds like the casino simply didn't want to deal with you, but let's not make a hasty assumption.

Hi, it's definitely not right if the casino doesn't communicate with you and doesn't answer you and doesn't even give you a reason why you still don't have your withdrawal and it's pending. I see that you have uploaded your money via sports betting and unfortunately we at CasinoGuru do not deal with that, so I think that the complaint you have filed will probably not be successful. 

However, I can try to help you in advance and I will post you links where you can try to file a complaint as well.

I am having the same problem. I write to the Live-Chat every day and they have no answer why the financial department has not completed my verification. I also asked for contact to a gaming commission which they are subjected and they will not answer me. They give me their email address [email protected]

Hello, did the casino tell you any reason why it takes so long and why you haven't completed the verification yet ? Is there something wrong with your documents and have they been rejected or has there been no progress since you sent them ? 

Anyway, if you say it's been going on for a few weeks, then I'd recommend you to file a complaint here on this link and we'll see what can be done.

Powbet don't keep up their own end of the deal. I had withdrawal issues for month and they did nothing about it until I was able to hire a firm ( hyper capital limited ) who put them under pressure until I got my money back.
