Hello there. I am sorry for the situation you have found yourself in with the Superb Casino. Unfortunately our complaint team couldn't have done anything more, this often happens with casinos without any license, like this one. We of course understand that it is not a satisfactory solution to your issue, however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach. It seems to be a common practice of Superb Casino to ignore our team completely in their attempts to mediate any kind of issue.

But that doesn’t help all of those people that have lost money and potentially had their lives ruined.

I am at the end of my rope now and have tried to appeal to their compassion but they are obviously sociopaths and have none to offer.

I suppose that if they ignore our team, it can happen to the players as well, but from our side we did everything in our power and we can't force the casino to do something because we don't have the authority to do so and since they ignore us, your complaint ended the way it did. 

I would say that this casino should be avoided and definitely not deposit here, because it looks like a waste of time and money so far. 😕

Hello. Maybe you are right. Sorry we can not provide any more help. Your complaint unfortunately did not directly help you, but there is a chance that others will learn from it. As said, your complaint helped lower the safety index of this casino and so players who are able to inform themselves in advance are more likely to skip such a casino. Better to avoid these casinos, which can not be trustworthy and safe to play at. In my opinion, it's always better to go to UKGC licensed casinos, where you can feel much safer. Don't you think?

I also have over £700 stuck in Superb1.bet.


I am doing a chargeback on my debit card in an attempt to get my initial deposit back.


Absolutely fuming about this, how are they getting away with it ?

I did not see this information anywhere, not even in your complaint 👈, where actually it's your turn to get our complaint team an update, so please, do that whenever possible. Just click/tap on the link above, please. Here, in your other post 👈, you actually wrote you have been waiting for your withdrawal over a month. That is a long time of waiting. But I do not fully understand the issue, to tell you the true. 🤔 Could explain it better to me, please?

That's quite a long time. Frankly, I fear that when it comes to the casino's trustworthiness, its Safety Index says it all. 🙁

I'm not much convinced this will turn out well, I'm sorry.

In my opinion, you would need a gambling-focused lawyer and then the exact owner and address to sue them.

Still, you are hardly alone in this. Do you feel anyone else has accomplished what you seek?

I'm well aware of how bad this summary sounds. Mind you, this is specifically why such unlicensed (unregulated) casinos are virtually untouchable.

I went on the chat support today to just show them that I am not going away.

I shared screenshots of their reviews on here and got ‘please be patient while the finance department completes their checks’

They also thank me for my understanding which makes me want to scream!!!

I have also asked for a physical address just to see what happened - they cut me off.

I think that there are enough such casinos without a license, but I think that an honest casino has a better advantage because the players usually lose their money anyway. If the casino is fair, it will gain its base, players will be happy to come back and so on. That way they last longer than the ones that are like this.

But that's my idea.

I would say that these are just some copy paste answers and it doesn't look like the casino wants to pay money to the players yet. I totally understand your feelings and would not want to be in that situation. 

I am glad that you are not giving up, but in this case I am rather negative. 😥

Just to carry on this thread - Superb1 not paying out is still an issue. I'm currently in the "7-21 day payout" BS period - this ends next week - but I'm already resigned to the fact that I'll never see my money.

If there's anyone out there in the world reading this, DO NOT USE SUPERB1.BET
