I get that your reply is meant for the casino, be assured that am not a casino employee 🙂. Hence I will not speak on their behalf.

You should inform the casino directly. There may be some sort of misimpression after all.

I just tried to figure out, why would the casino asks you about Paysafe, that's all. Kindly keep in mind, that restrictions caused by Germany's gambling law can affect the available payment options. Everything associated with a bank account needs to be closely verified.

Hi, according to what I've been watching I've seen that other players also had some problems in the last days but eventually it was solved. I see you've been waiting for 4 days. Is this your first withdrawal or did you have some successful ones before ?

I'm glad, sometimes you just need to wait for a while and if you know how it works here, sometimes players can count on less delay.

I truly don't understand why they would want a proof of Paysafe, though.

Have you ever used it at this casino to deposit before?
