Anyone having issues with NineWin Casino and payout?

Hello, it's quite strange that it's always rejected by their system in the end, but according to what you've written, the money should be coming to you soon. What payment method are you using? 

Anyway, I think it's only a matter of time before the funds reach your account, but if they don't, I see you've opened a complaint, so our team will be there to help you. 

I also heard that you had successful withdrawals before, so I strongly believe that it will be the same. 

If you have any news please let me know.

Yes I know very strange. As they mark it as paid and on the 7th day it bounces back into my playing account and I have to start from scratch the whole withdrawal process, which is 72 hrs to aprove the payment. They will not give me a reason for the system error saying its confidential and can not explain for security reasons? But I have seen many other people experiencing the same issue and not being paid.

They just keep re assuring I will get the money it's day 13 now and not received nothing.

It is strange, especially if you have had some successful withdrawals before. Have you used the same payment method for all of them, and which one was it, if you don't mind me asking?

Hopefully our complaint team will be able to find out what is actually going on. Please keep us updated.🙏

Hi yes used bank transfer same as I did on the last 2 withdrawals. Same bank account, no changes whatsoever. I'm still chasing them on the live chat. Keep saying I'm going to get paid day 14 nothing.

Yes, I believe it must be very unpleasant to be in a situation where you are chasing your own money. But if nothing changes, as Romi said, our team will try to help you as best they can. But I firmly believe that this will be sorted out and everything will turn out well. 

We'll wait for the udpate.

Hi still no payments. Getting very frustrated be on live chat. They can't give me a definite answer when I will get it or explanation.

I'm still awaiting payment. They have used every excuse under the sun. The new one is I needed to show them evidence of non payment so I sent them my bank statement. All of a sudden they are stating that's not the statement they have. This is absolutely ludicrous! I only have one bank, which was the statement I sent them on 19th March. They said my prove bank statement didn't match what they had on their systems. Well I have sent them proof of withdrawals O had from them in the past which is on that statement also my transaction from that statement match my deposits on Ninewin...I'm waiting for the next excuse now. Very frustrated with this and angry 😠

I think even though it's frustrating, it's important that the casino communicates and tries to resolve the situation with you. Obviously, they will have to resolve the matter of the account they mention ending with a different number than you say. Have you tried contacting the bank using the transaction number they sent you in the email ? You need to cooperate and keep a cool head even though I know it is not easy if you want to get this resolved as soon as possible.

I have contacted the bank and they can verify that the reference number they have given me is not recognised. I have proof of chat with them. I have proof of everything l, but still this hasnt been resolved. How can you keep a cool head when they are constantly throwing lies at me? This other bank account number they mentioned is a cover up they can't prove it because there isn't one. I only have one account. I just want my winnings that is owed to me. I don't want to be doing this and chasing it, but I'm not dropping this until its sorted.

I certainly understand that. I wouldn't want to be in a similar situation either, but we will have to be patient and I believe this saga will end and you will get your money. 🤷‍♂️

I'm having the same issue,less than helpful chat and no response from email since the last and tenth attempt to withdraw money. I've not had a withdrawal before this is my first one. Used exactly the same details as I did when deposited money. The only options the give for withdrawal are bank transfer,which I do and have used with other sites without any problem, and binance which doesn't operate here in UK or Ireland and I've no interest in setting up an account with anyway. How do I get my money? And please don't patronize me by saying I'm sure it'll be ok or they will surely sort it out as I've heard enough of that bull from them to last a lifetime. I hope the person that originally posted here has had a payment by now?

Hopefully, the person from this thread will give you the answers. I have seen your complaint here with our team, so let's see what they can do about the issue. Have you been successful in contacting the casino's support about your verification yet?

Yes I have had contact with your team,the ninewin are still acting as though they are incompetent. Imagine asking the customer if it's an internal issue only affecting my account,how would I possibly know that, surely if anyone would know that it would be them. They also asked a few other irrelevant questions. I've done everything I can and they have more than enough information regarding my bank details and identity for account verification. Thank you for helping as it actually made them respond,if this gets sorted ,which I'm still doubtful about, I'll be very grateful to you.

Haven't had any response all day from ninewin. I've made sure they have photos of my driver's licence for identification verification, funny how they don't need anything when depositing, anyway could you contact them again please, appreciate what your doing thanks
