Thanks for the name. To me, it feels weird that you are supposed to contact the game provider on your own. Since the casino offers its products, I would assume the casino should make the call and investigate with their supplier.

In any case, I hope you will find answers, we will be here.

That was prolly bad translation from finnish to english, but yeah I meant that they contacted the game provider.

Right now when I go to the game its not there anymore and it shows on that game history that the win is NaN.

I am pretty scared, but hopefully they dont scam me.

NaN was to my ending saldo not bonus ending saldo actually…

And the ending saldo on the spin says 0

little update: Casinl contacted me and said that now everything should work normally, but when I went to the game the bonus is still disappeared.

So I contacted casino again and sent that spin time and the replay link and they said they going to contact the game provider again.

Oh that's a shame, I thought it would be solved by now and you would have the bonus in the game. 

Nevertheless, since they have to contact the provider again, I wonder how long it will take. 

Could you let us know when you have something new please ? I'm quite interested, so that would be good, thank you.

Yea I will update you guys as soon I get respond again from casino.

Last time I contacted it took 3-4 days so hopefully I will get updates this week.

Hello! Yea that is a very frustrating, but I recommend you to contact your casino and they should contact nolimitcity after that.

So only thing we can do is to wait😕

Hi, have you also communicated with the casino in any way and are they investigating your situation ? I think it's probably not a coincidence and maybe the game provider will have some problems with this game, so I would say that it's possible that they will forward your case to them as well. 

Will you try and let us know what they tell you ?

I am not sure either, but I think nolimitcity can finish the bonus. And if the bonus ends you will get paid. And of course you can watch the replay afterwards when the bonus is ended.

But yeah lets cross the fingers that all works out now!
