Right now when I go to the game its not there anymore and it shows on that game history that the win is NaN.

little update: Casinl contacted me and said that now everything should work normally, but when I went to the game the bonus is still disappeared.
So I contacted casino again and sent that spin time and the replay link and they said they going to contact the game provider again.
