Hi there.
This is still a very actual issue players are facing in many casinos. As far as I'm concerned, I bet we all know only one account per player is allowed in almost every casino, so creating the second account is unvoidable breaching of terms. Yet the whole matter is not that simple.
We, for instance, try to consider each situation individually to find out whether the player has or has not gained an unfair advantage over the casino by creating multiple accounts. Sadly, this is a very common practice for abusing a welcome bonus, so taking a welcome bonus exclusively available only for new registrations on both accounts is considered such an unfair practice from the palyer.
Since in many casinos the account only gets verified once the player submits the withdrawal requests, despite what you and many others may think, unless at least one of the accounts submits the request, there is little opportunity to verify such matches as long as it is stated clearly that only one account per person is allowed.
So, your chances depend on overall activities on all of your accounts. It would be nice if we could believe creating the second account was just an honest mistake, for example.
Do you think you can explain the circumstances that led you to creating more than one account? Of course you can save that explanation solely for the complaint; I'll leave the choice to you.
I'm just trying to get you a closer look at the topic.
